Corporate Board Member is currently looking for directors of publicly traded companies to join the Director Research Panel which will ensure that directors continue to be the driving force of our editorial content. To qualify as a panel member, you must currently be serving as a director of a company traded on the NYSE Euronext, NASDAQ OMX, or NYSE Alternext.
Each panel member will be asked to complete a small number of short research surveys per year. These surveys will usually be sent via e-mail.
Each panelist will receive a 30% discount of the standard rate of a 2011 Corporate Board Member conference (for details, please visit our Conferences section). Contact Corporate Board Member for ISS accreditation, and CPE & CLE credits.
Should you decide to not participate in the panel, we will continue to appreciate your input on studies that will be conducted outside the panel, such as What Directors Think, the premier research on the issues that weigh on the minds of corporate directors from across the country.
