In today’s more complex and transparent governance world, the relationship between executive management and the board, coupled with their ability to provide board leadership, is critical to maximizing a company’s chance of success. Specifically developed for CEOs, independent chairmen, and lead directors, the Chairman & CEO Peer Forum provided an in-depth discussion of critical, and sometimes sensitive, issues.
