William B. King
Bill King is the founder and chairman of Board Member Inc., the publisher of Bank Director and Corporate Board Member magazines. He currently serves as a Partner in StrategyCorps, and formerly served as Chairman of both Private Business, Inc. and of FISI Madison Financial Corporation. He serves on the boards of directors of Ingram Entertainment, Inc., of Journal Communications, and of Tecniflex, Inc.
His non-profit activities include membership on the boards of the Nashville Library Foundation, the Community Foundation of Middle Tennesee, the Land Trust of Tennessee, and of Public Radio Capital.
He is a 1967 magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University, and he holds a JD degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

TK Kerstetter
TK Kerstetter is president & CEO of Board Member Inc., a privately-held publishing, database, research, and conference company focused on corporate board issues and governance trends. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with editorial offices in New York City, Board Member Inc. publishes Corporate Board Member and Bank Director magazines in addition to selected governance-focused publications and research studies highlighting board thought leadership. Corporate Board Member is sent to directors and officers serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed with the NYSE Euronext, The NASDAQ OMX Group and NYSE Amex stock exchanges.
Currently, Mr. Kerstetter chairs Corporate Board Member’s Academic Council and is the producer and co-host of “This Week in the Boardroom”, a weekly on-demand web show filmed at the New York Stock Exchange. He also authors “The Board Blog” (www.boardmember.com) for corporate directors.
A graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he served as president and director of the $2 billion publically-held Wilmington Savings Fund Society spanning a 20 year banking career.
Prior to joining Board Member Inc., Mr. Kerstetter founded the Bank Directors Training Center in Wilmington, Delaware. In 1994, he authored a guidebook titled, Ten Commandments for Bank Directors: the "Official" Guide Regulators Won't Publish, which was released as a monograph by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Kerstetter has appeared on both CNBC and Fox Business News addressing Corporate Board Member’s and Pricewaterhouse Cooper’s annual “What Directors Think” research and various board trends. His director and board governance articles have been highlighted in numerous publications, and he has conducted over two hundred speeches and presentations for national and state associations, public and private companies, and governance-related or banking organizations.

Colin Leinster
Colin Leinster is the editor of Corporate Board Member. An Englishman who started out on newspapers in London, he came to the United States 35 years ago on a sabbatical and ended up working for the Plain Dealer in Cleveland and for newspapers in New Orleans and New York. He was Saigon bureau chief for Life, an editor at Business Week , and a member of Fortune 's board of editors for more than 10 years. Leinster has also written a novel, The Outsider , based on two months he spent covering the IRA.

Laura J. Finn
Laura J. Finn, web editor of boardmember.com, graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor's degree and St. John's University with a master's degree. Before joining Board Member Inc. she taught high school and college students in New York. She is also former assistant editor of Corporate Board Member magazine.

Kim Hill
Kim Hill is the chief operating officer of Board Member Inc. Prior to joining Board Member, Hill served as a project information coordinator at Bank Earnings International. She joined the staff of Bank Director magazine (now part of Board Member Inc.) in 1989. From 1991-1999 she also served as a senior executive with Private Business Inc., a nationwide provider of software and other services to financial institutions. Hill was responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of both start-ups, establishing policies and procedures, defining staffing requirements, creating a comprehensive benefits program, and building corporate infrastructure.
Currently Hill has been instrumental in the launch and oversight of Corporate Board Member . She was named to the board of directors for Board Member Inc. in 2000.
Hill's civic involvement includes an 11-year stint with the United Way, spending nine years as a company campaign coordinator in addition to serving as a member of the New Business committee and Allocations Panel. In 2000 she was named to the United Way board of directors.

Joan Susie
Joan Susie is the CEO of Global Navigation, the international affiliate of Corporate Board Member . She served as publisher of Corporate Board Member , which launched in 1998 under her oversight, and senior vice president of Bank Director , a sister magazine which she helped found in 1990. She is also a member of the board of directors for Board Member Inc., the parent company for both magazines.

William C. Tomson
Bill Tomson is vice chairman of Board Member Incorporated. He was executive vice president of FISI-Madison Financial, the nation's leading marketing organization for financial institutions. Prior to that, he was president of Marketing Outlooks, which became part of FISI-Madison through acquisition. Previously, he was National Sales Director for Citicorp Resources and also held management positions with several international advertising agencies. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Thor Industries, Inc., a NYSE company. He is also a board member of several charitable organizations. |
