TK Kerstetter TK Kerstetter is president of Corporate Board Member, a NYSE Euronext Company focused on corporate board thought leadership issues and governance trends. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Corporate Board Member publishes the industry leading Corporate Board Member magazine, in addition to managing a director and C-suite officer database, board research services, and an extensive events and conference education operation.
Currently, Mr. Kerstetter is the producer and co-host of “This Week in the Boardroom”, a weekly on-demand web show filmed at the New York Stock Exchange and chairs Corporate Board Member’s Academic Council. He also authors “The Board Blog” for corporate directors
A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, he previously served as president and director of the $2 billion publically-held Wilmington Savings Fund Society spanning a 20 year banking career.
Prior to joining Corporate Board Member Mr. Kerstetter founded the Bank Directors Training Center in Wilmington, Delaware. In 1994, he authored a guidebook titled, Ten Commandments for Bank Directors: the "Official" Guide Regulators Won't Publish, which was released as a monograph by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Kerstetter has appeared on both CNBC and Fox Business News addressing Corporate Board Member’s annual “What Directors Think” research and various board trends. His director and board governance articles have been highlighted in numerous publications, and he has conducted over two hundred speeches and presentations for national and state associations, public and private companies, and governance-related or banking organizations.

Orin Crouch Orin Crouch is the Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Board Member. He has over 20 years of experience in specialized information publishing including financial management, information technology, and strategic planning. Crouch previously was CFO for M. Lee Smith Publishers, a specialized information provider in the human resources and legal publishing fields. He also worked in the consulting division of PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to entering the publishing field.
Crouch has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with areas of concentrations in finance and accounting.

Stephanie Clark Stephanie Clark is the Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Corporate Board Member. She is responsible for the execution and administration of the company’s sales initiatives and developing marketing strategies for the company’s products and services. During her tenure with Corporate Board Member, Clark also served as Director, Database Strategy and in a variety of other roles in the database, events, and circulation departments. Prior to working at Corporate Board Member, she was a marketing manager at M. Lee Smith Publishers LLC, a Brentwood, TN based newsletter publisher and provider of information for human resource practitioners.
Clark has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in marketing from Belmont University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Jamie Tassa Jamie Tassa is the company’s Vice President and Director of Education and Events. Her areas of responsibility include the development and management of all Corporate Board Member events and webinars. Her functional portfolio includes the development of event agendas, obtaining outside speakers, overseeing marketing strategy and branding for all conferences, and working with the company’s sales staff in selling event sponsorships and managing sponsorship deliverables. Prior to working at Corporate Board Member, she was founding editor of Southeast Innovations, an online newsletter for venture capital firms covering emerging technology companies throughout the Southeast, and a public relations specialist at Abovo Marketing Group in Atlanta, Georgia.
Tassa received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus in public relations from the University of Georgia.

Deborah Scally Deborah Scally is the Editor and Director of Publications of Corporate Board Member. She is responsible for planning, editing, and producing the quarterly Corporate Board Member magazine, and for the editing, production, and management of all research and supplemental publications for the company, as well as for its online content strategy. Prior to Corporate Board Member’s acquisition by NYSE Euronext, Scally served the editor of Corporate Board Member’s sister publication, Bank Director magazine, a position she held since 1993.
Scally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communications/journalism from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from St. John’s College in Annapolis.

Laura J. Finn Laura J. Finn, web editor of boardmember.com, graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor's degree and St. John's University with a master's degree. Before joining Corporate Board Member she taught high school and college students in New York. She is also former assistant editor of Corporate Board Member magazine.
